ENQUIRIES / BOOKINGS
Are you available for online therapy / coaching sessions?
Yes, absolutely. Sessions are available using Online video chat options such as Skype / Zoom / Facetime / Whatsapp). Telephone sessions are also available.
Are you available for face to face sessions?
Current COVID19 guidelines state that wherever possible, sessions should be held online or over the telephone. If these options are not possible for you and you feel it’s important that you get support straight away, face-to-face sessions may be possible. Get in touch for more details.
How do I make a booking?
Just get in touch either by phone (call/text 0791 240 8830 ) or email (CLICK HERE to send a message) and let me know what times/days you’re available for an appointment.
I’ll reply with some potential options and we can arrange a mutually convenient time. I will then send payment details.
Once payment is made then your appointment will be secured.
What if I need to cancel or change my appointment?
If you decide to cancel or rearrange any sessions I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Please see my Therapy Guidelines for more details.
Can I see feedback from previous clients?
Yes, CLICK HERE to read client testimonials.
Can I make a booking on behalf of somebody else?
Yes you can, as long as you have their consent. Therapy will not be very effective if the client feels they were coerced in any way, so it’s important that they fully agree to the process.
How long should I expect to come for therapy/coaching?
The length of time you would come varies with each case and depends on the severity and complexity of the issue. In most cases I would usually recommend that you plan on attending one session per week for at least six weeks.
For best results I recommend a regular schedule of sessions to ensure consistency and increase the effectiveness of the therapy. However, I won’t pressure you to come for any particular amount of sessions. Ultimately, it’s your decision how long you wish to continue.
How long do sessions last?
Sessions last for 50 minutes.
Can I have longer sessions?
Yes, you’re welcome to book a ‘double’ session. This can be particularly helpful for hypnotherapy sessions which may need more time.
What are your main specialisms?
I specialise in helping people with anxiety issues and anger management.

Are the sessions private and confidential?
Yes, everything you say during the sessions will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. There is an exception however, in that if I am concerned that you, or somebody you mention, is in danger, or poses a threat in some way, then I am under obligation to inform any relevant parties.
Can you guarantee you will fix me?
As with all therapeutic or medical interventions, success cannot be guaranteed. However, I consistently see excellent results from clients who are highly motivated, actively participate in the process, and are willing to put into practice the strategies they learn during the sessions.
During the sessions we will collaborate together, utilising a range of interventions in order to reach the desired outcome.
For best results I recommend a regular schedule of sessions to ensure consistency and increase the effectiveness of the therapy.
