During anger counselling sessions I will help you get to the core of your anger and release the emotional pain that’s behind it. I will also teach you simple effective techniques to naturally relax and stay calm – whatever the situation.
I’m highly trained in many different healing modalities including counselling, hypnotherapy , NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) and CBT. During the course we will use a mixture of these therapies to help you gain control of your emotions and get your life back.
At the initial session we will discuss what kind of approach you feel most comfortable with. Some people need to talk about things (even memories from many years ago) that are causing them painful feelings and leading to a build-up of anger. Others prefer to stay in the present-day and learn practical techniques and strategies to help them change right now. During the sessions we can often mix between the two.
Whichever approach you feel is right for you, I’m happy to support you and guide you through it all.
My kind of therapy means that you don’t have to talk about things or dredge up past issues if you don’t want to. We can still clear the problems, without delving into things or analysing you.
