Counselling in Glasgow
Sometimes it’s hard to find someone you can really talk to. In this busy world, it’s difficult to find somebody who can spare the time to simply listen and really pay attention to you. The people close to you may be just too close to the issues you want to talk about – they may be too involved, and eager to give out advice based on how they feel about it.
But the important thing is how you feel about it – isn’t it?
When a space is created in which you can really relax and express your innermost thoughts without fear of judgement or criticism – then you can really begin to make sense of what’s going on in your world.
I am here to create that space for you. As a Person-Centred Counsellor, I offer you an environment in which you can let go, and really ‘be yourself’. From this perspective you can begin to find solutions to the issues that are troubling you, from your own place of power and authority.
I adapt my approach to suit each individual’s needs, whether that is simply a gentle listening ear, or a more solution-focused style.
I also offer counselling for many other issues, including confidence / self esteem, weight-loss, bereavement, anger, and relationship difficulties.
I am based in Cambuslang, Glasgow, within very easy reach of surrounding South Lanarkshire towns including Motherwell, East Kilbride, Rutherglen and Blantyre.
Sessions can be held face-to-face, or if you’re outside the Glasgow area we can work online via Skype / Zoom or telephone.
Call or text me on 0791 240 8830 to book your complimentary, no-obligation telephone consultation, and find out more about how I can help you.
I am fully qualified and registered with the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy)
