I assure you that Hypnotherapy is nothing like the ‘stage’ hypnosis that you may have seen on TV. I promise I won’t make you cluck like a chicken! Hypnotherapy is a clinical form of therapy with a sound science-based backing.

Sometimes people may feel embarrassed to talk about their feelings, and worry about delving into past memories. With Hypnotherapy, that’s no problem, as we can work completely ‘content-free’ – which means you don’t have to talk about the issue – unless you want to, of course.
