Online anxiety course – what’s included?
Day 1: Create your own private sanctuary, lie back and simply drift off while you listen to your free MP3 and reprogram your mind to relax.
Day 2: Learn about one of the most important aspects of self-care. The one which can be the hardest to manage, and which often causes the most stress and anxiety.
Day 3: ‘Flick that switch’ – one easy way to change your mind’s default setting from ‘stressed, anxious and overwhelmed’ to ‘calm, relaxed, and in control’.
Day 4: We take a look at the mind-body connection and what might be causing those feelings of anxiety.
Day 5: Neutralise those ‘fight or flight’ feelings, oxygenate your body, and clear your mind. It’s fun, free, and you’ll feel fabulous as a result!
