‘Ditch The Junkfood’ is a four week online course designed to help you stop craving all those foods you want to give up, and start easily making good healthy choices.
It’s a bit different from the usual ‘diet plans’ that are out there, in that it focuses on the MIND rather than just the body.
As a hypnotherapist who specialises in weight loss and healthy eating, I’m very much aware of how the power of the mind influences our body, so I have included weekly ‘mindset workouts’ as well as self-hypnosis MP3s for you to do at home.
You will literally be hypnotising yourself to eat healthy 😉
There will also be lots of motivational coaching and support to keep you on track. I’ve been following a ‘rawfood’ diet for fourteen years now, so as you can imagine I have a lot of tips and tricks up my sleeve for avoiding junkfood 😉
But don’t worry – I won’t be trying to turn you into a fellow rawfoodie (unless you want to!) – this course is for everyone, no matter what type of diet you follow.
