It’s a bit different from the usual ‘diet plans’ that are out there, in that it focuses on the MIND rather than just the body.

As a hypnotherapist who specialises in weight loss and healthy eating, I’m very much aware of how the power of the mind influences our body, so included in the course is weekly ‘mindset workout’ self-hypnosis MP3s for you to do at home. You will literally be hypnotising yourself to eat healthy!
There will also be lots of motivational coaching and support to keep you on track. I’ve been following a ‘rawfoods’ diet of primarily fruits and veggies for fourteen years now, so as you can imagine I have a lot of tips and tricks up my sleeve for avoiding junkfood and sticking with the fresh stuff 😉
But don’t worry – I won’t be trying to turn you into a fellow rawfoodie (unless you want to!) – this course is for everyone, no matter what type of diet you follow.
