What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a solution-based form of therapy which accesses the vast resources of the subconscious mind in order to make positive changes to your life.

I assure you that hypnotherapy is nothing like the ‘stage’ hypnosis that you may have seen on TV. I promise I won’t make you cluck like a chicken! Hypnotherapy is a clinical form of therapy with a sound science-based backing.
As a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy I follow a very strict ethical code and take every step to ensure you feel safe and comfortable at all times. I will certainly not gain control over your mind.
The premise behind clinical hypnotherapy is that YOU gain back control over your own mind, quickly resolve your issues, and take back your life.

No need to dredge up the past
Sometimes people may feel embarrassed to talk about their feelings, and worry about delving into past memories. With Hypnotherapy, that’s no problem, as we can work completely ‘content-free’ – which means you don’t have to talk about the issue – unless you want to, of course.

While Hypnotherapy is usually more expensive (per session) than counselling, it can lead to a much quicker resolution to your problems – so over the course of the treatment, it can offer better value for money, and is especially helpful for people who are searching for a swift solution.
