How will I feel while having Hypnotherapy?
While undergoing hypnotherapy you will typically feel a sense of deep relaxation and a feeling of calm, focused attention. In this state the hypnotherapist will provide a series of positive messages designed to create new behavioural patterns and maximise health and well-being.
How can hypnotherapy help me to lose weight?
A lot of our eating behaviours stem from patterns and habits we have formed over the course of our lives, without our even knowing it. Hypnotherapy can help us to regain conscious control over these habits, and make new, healthy ones.
How often have you found yourself reaching for an unhealthy ‘treat’ without even noticing you’re doing it, or mindlessly stuffing food into your mouth as you sit engrossed in the TV? It’s not until we become aware of our unhealthy behaviours that we can begin to change them.
